Loved the place, had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. the staff were excellent and helpful, and know their duties. - the room was great-sized, brand-new with comfortable beds. - A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were available. - Its location was magnificent, very close to San Miguel market, the Opera metro station, and major tourist attractions. Rewritten: I had a fantastic time during my 4-night stay at New Point Opera in Madrid. the staff were really great - they were helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds, and it was all brand-new. Plus, I was pleased to find useful amenities like a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from San Miguel market, the Opera metro station, and many of the city's main tourist spots.

In overall, the place is NEWLY REMODELLED, has outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff at the reception desk. Make sure to get penthouse apartment with oven, a sofa, for instance. Coffee and tea making equipment, refrigerators, and a stovetop are a nice touch. The location is good and stunning, not very far from a Spanish restaurant.

Generally, the place was newly remodelled and had outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff at the reception desk. The location was fantastic, just off grocery / department store, shops and restaurants on pedestrianized streets and the metro stations. And it was within easy walking distance of Restaurante Botin, ate there couple of times.

i stayed 3 nights and will be back when visiting spain. everything was great, elegant and quiet room with comfortable beds. i thoroughly enjoyed that they had a safe box and a storage. the location of the hotel was great and unbeatable - relatively near an iconic street. you could walk to souvenir shops and department shops.

Everything is perfect, great value, wonderful hotel overall. Our venue is set in a very central location just off Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market, Royal Palace and numerous restaurants, shopping streets, Metro.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Vanessa, who went above and beyond to assist our group. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenettes. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. Luggage storage was available for early check-in. Walking distance to major tourist attractions, including the local market and Plaza Mayor.

No toiletries provided, except for generic liquid soap in the shower. Lack of information bulletin in the room, making it difficult to understand the property's amenities and contact reception.
